In Search of a Confident Faith: Overcoming Barriers to Trusting in God
By J. P. Moreland, Klaus Issler
see relatedHome Again!
After 6 1/2 weeks of living with my folks and taking care of them during a real time of need, I am home again! I moved home Friday afternoon and am going over and helping them every morning from 7-10 and again in the evenings from 5-6. Dad has been taking little baby steps forward, but he is getting better and better. Mom's Altzheimers remains about the same (early stage) for which we are very thankful. She is a joy to help and is always so thankful and sweet.
It is so good to be sleeping in my own bed again and just "hanging out" at home doing all the things we moms do! I plan within the next couple of days to comment on all of the blogs that I have been neglecting. I tried to keep up during this time, but it was impossible to do so very well.
Have a Blessed Lord's Day!
Laura

Good to see you back, Laura, and glad your folks are doing so well thanks to your TLC and to our gracious Lord. Stephen replaced my harddrive at the end of his vacation, and my e-mail notices of xanga updates have since gone missing, so I have been mainly truant with blog comments lately, too.
Yes, it was good to hear that going over twice a day will work now. And good to see you in worship again today.
Welcome home! You are a great blessing to your parents.
Bravo! for all your hard work, and Hurrah! for being home again!
It is VERY good to have you home again. The Lord will reward you richly for the gracious attitude with which you have served your parents these past 6 1/2 weeks.
Welcome home! I'm so glad your parents are doing as well as they are, and that you are there for them whenever they need you!
